Our technical staff have had frontline experience of providing 24/7 support for mission critical, customer environments through our global data centres since 2003.
Since that time we have been at the forefront of the development and deployment of Autodesk’s software in a virtual environment. This has given us unrivalled experience of delivering local workstation performance to remote workers. We focus on providing support directly to customers through both the Autodesk and Citrix communities.
We have mainly focussed on Autodesk software in a virtual environment, but this always leads on to us deploying many other 3D applications for our customers. Autodesk software is just the start point as design users utilize a host of applications from a variety of vendors.
Our knowledge base is second to none, over 5 years we have developed a systematic and methodical deployment process to ensure we achieve workstation comparable performance for both local and remote users. A key part of this process is the Proof of Concept which we conduct with all clients before any commitment is made to Project roll out.
